On Sunday, May 13th our athletes attended the second annual Variety Village Invitational Routine Meet. This meet is a great opportunity to practice in front of the judges as we prepare for the upcoming Ontario Tier Championships and the girls did an amazing job! The morning started ...
... bright and early with our Tier 8 and 9 soloists- Kristin placed first and Melanie placed second, both of these athletes had very good run-throughs! In the Tier 5 duet event Daniela and Liz suffered some noseplug problems, but still solidly placed first. The Tier 1 team has been working hard and it showed through in their swim! The team placed 5th overall and with a couple more weeks of hard work we have high expectations for Tier Championships. |
