Great results in the 2007 Central/East Meet |

On Friday night our Tier 1 team overcame some music difficulties and placed 3rd in the land drill competition and our Tier 5 team did one of the best land drills that Kim and I have ever seen to place first in their event. On Saturday our Catalina placed 3rd in Tier 1 figures and Sarah and Gabriella in their first meet EVER had very good
figures swims to place 16th and 24th respectively, in the Central Region.
Constanza placed 6th in Tier 2- 13 and over figures and Jenya, who arrived back from Cuba on Friday morning, placed 22nd.
Our Tier 5 and 6 swimmers dominated their competitions with Liz placing 1st, Daniella 3rd, and Dora 4th in Tier 5 and Sarah placing 3rd and Nicole placing 4th in Tier 6- great job girls! In the evening Liz and Daniella did their first duet run-through and placed first.
The minis were off to Burlington on Saturday to compete in a recreational meet. Lavonna placed 2nd in her division and Carolina placed 1st in her figures! Alyssa joined them in the afternoon to swim routine and the bumble bees placed 3rd!
On Sunday our Tier 1 team set out for their first team competition and placed a very respectable 3rd and our Tier 5 team placed 2nd with a great swim!
Thank-you to everyone for coming out and supporting the girls- it was a very successful weekend for everyone!
Our Tier 5 team and duet will be off to the Quebec/Ontario cup at the end of April and then we will see everyone at the Tier Championships- I can't wait to see how great the routines will look by then!
