On May 29th-June 1st our competitive swimmers attended the Ontario Tier Championships.  This meet features swimmers from across the province, a little over 500 athletes competed!  This was a great meet for our swimmers, the teams had excellent final swims and met their competition goals.

We are now accepting registration for our summer synchro program!  This program is offered to all swimmers; competitive and recreational swimmers can keep up the skills they learned this year and new swimmers can come out and see what synchro is all about!

Our program begins the first week of July and runs for six weeks.  Classes run both Tuesday and Thursday nights,  from 7:30-9:00pm, at Markham Centennial Pool.  Participants have the option of attending once a week ($170) or both classes each week ($290).

On Saturday, November 24th the members of the Markham Synchro participated in the Markham Santa Claus Parade.  It was a cold morning as we prepared,  after plenty of hot chocolate and candy canes, pictures with mascots and visits with fellow "marchers" we were off!  The girls did a great job!  The rest of the day was full of club fun, lunch and bowling rounded out our afternoon before practice and fun was had by parents, siblings, athletes and coaches!
